Lessons Built Around the Student

Every student comes to the piano with different goals, interests, strengths, and ways of learning. Lessons are tailored to meet each student where they are, whether they are learning their first notes, preparing for a performance, developing their ear, or looking to play the music they love.

Personalized lessons do not mean skipping the fundamentals. Students build a real foundation in rhythm, note reading, technique, music theory, and ear training while learning in a way that stays engaging and motivating. The goal is not just to teach songs, but to help students understand music, grow in confidence, and develop skills they can use for years.

What Students Learn

Lessons are designed to build well rounded musicianship, not just teach students how to copy songs. Depending on the student’s age, experience, and goals, lessons may include:
